Is the Levitate Forever reimbursable?

Yes, the Levitate Forever is fully reimbursable through your prosthetist.

Will the Levitate quick-change adapter fit my current socket?

If your socket has a standard 4-hole system, the adapter will fit your socket. If in doubt, reach out to us in the chat and we will let you know if it&#8217;ll fit your current setup.

How do I acquire a Levitate Forever foot, quick-change adapter or socket?

Contact us via the chat, on Instagram or on Facebook and we’ll guide you through the process. Or just reach out to your prosthetist.

Will the black footshell fit my running blade?

The black footshell only fits the Forever foot. If you’re looking for a black sole for your running blade, you can purchase a <a href="https://letslevitate.com/buy/levitate-essential-sole" target="_blank" rel="noopener">black Essential sole</a> or <a href="https://letslevitate.com/buy/levitate-gravel-sole" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Gravel sole</a> for your blade.

What’s the difference between the Levitate Forever and the running blade?

Both feet are made of fiberglass, but the Levitate Forever is an active everyday foot built for everyday life as well as sports that require heel support. The running blade is built solely for sports activities &#8211; particularly running.

Is the Levitate Forever foot PDAC approved?

Yes, the Levitate Forever foot is indeed PDAC approved.

Can I really assemble and align the blade myself?

Yes, you can, and we&#8217;ll of course guide you on your way. It&#8217;s important that you tune and tweak your blade until it feels right to you. What if I need support?

Our video instructions will get you going, but should you ever need an extra tip, we are here for you. Just write to us in the chat, send us an e-mail or give us a call, and we will be happy to help you out.

Does the package contain everything I need?

Yes. We send you everything you need for you to assemble and attach your Levitate blade to your existing socket. Visit our <a href="https://letslevitate.com/running-blades" target="_blank" rel="noopener">product page</a> to see the content of the Levitate blade kit.

Do you ship globally?

We definitely do. We&#8217;re based in Denmark, but we ship our blades to every corner of the Earth.

How long is the delivery time?

It depends where you live. We ship with a courier, so most customers have their blades within a week or two.

How long will your soles last and can I replace them?

Our Levitate soles should last for quite a while &#8211; depending on how much and where you use your blade. That being said, special conditions and wear and tear may cause the grip to slowly fade. If that happens, just order a new sole for $100 and replace it yourself.

I want to improve my running technique. What should I do?

So, what does it take for me to get moving?

Once you&#8217;ve received your Levitate running blade, you can practically start exercising within 10 minutes. However, we advise you to get to know your new blade before you start running marathons.

What happens if my blade breaks?

We’ve constructed our blades to be as versatile and durable as possible. With the fiberglass design and thorough quality inspections, we’ve designed them to be pretty much unbreakable. Call us in the event something goes wrong.

Which sports/activities are your products made for?

From long-distance and trail running to football, basketball, boxing, baseball and much more. Our products are built for a diverse and wide range of sports.

Why is your blade built from fiberglass and not carbon?

Fiberglass just ticks all the right boxes. It has allowed us to create the blade we wanted: an extremely durable and flexible blade that can take you beyond running. Fiberglass also happens to be fairly lightweight.

Can I try your running blade before buying it?

Just like with any other sports gear, you have to purchase our product before you can try it. However, we do have a standard 14 day return policy in the odd case you&#8217;re not completely satisfied.

How do I know it will fit me?

We carry 3 sizes of blades, and they all come with height adjustability options &#8211; including all the industry standard adapters for your socket. Should you be in doubt, you’re very welcome to send us a picture of your setup.

Do you have a maximum weight limit?

Our standard limit is 125 kg/275 lbs, but please do reach out to us if you are above the weight limit and still want a blade.
