Andrew Case Finishing strong
From testing his first running blades at a Houston Test Run event to completing a 5K race, Andrew’s story is one of resilience, empowerment, and the importance of equal access to an active life.
We first met Andrew Case, a quadruple amputee at our Houston Test Run last year, where he joined us to try out Levitate sports prosthetics for the first time. At that event, Andrew, demonstrated incredible determination and strength, quickly showing us that his drive to push beyond limits was unmatched.
At the Challenged Athletes Foundation Annual Community Weekend, Andrew Case, now equipped with his Running Blades—thanks to the generous support of The Heather Abbott Foundation—participated in a 5K race. His powerful finish served as a reminder that no challenge is impossible when you have the right tools, the support of a strong community, and an unwavering determination to push forward.
The power of community.
Andrew’s journey highlights the true power of community and access to adaptive sports. It’s moments like these that inspire us to continue supporting athletes like Andrew, empowering them to chase new possibilities and live an active, fulfilling life. We’re proud to be a part of his story.
