Meet Christian: Chasing Big Dreams

At just seven years old, Christian is already chasing big dreams.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, with bilateral Tibial Hemimelia, a rare congenital condition that meant he was born without his tibial bones, Christian's parents were faced with an incredibly difficult decision. They chose a path that would give him the opportunity to grow up with prosthetic limbs and experience the freedom to move, play, and explore the world around him.

Today, Christian is doing exactly what every seven-year-old should be doing. Using his Levitate Blades, he runs, plays basketball and soccer with his twin brother, swims, and embraces every opportunity to stay active. Every new experience helps him build confidence and discover what he is capable of.

And he isn't stopping there. When asked about his future, Christian has a clear goal: to win an Olympic gold medal in gymnastics.

Stories like Christian's remind us that prosthetic technology is about far more than mobility. It's about creating opportunities, encouraging independence, and supporting people in pursuing the activities, passions, and dreams that matter most to them.
