We are thrilled to announce that we have won the FIT Sport Design Award for our innovative running blade in two major categories: Sport Gear Design of the Year and Parasports.

The FIT Sport Design Awards is an annual design competition dedicated to sports apparel and equipment designers, sports companies, brands, and manufacturers. The program is open to professional designers, freelancers, and emerging talents. All entries are voted on by a grand jury panel composed of experienced and prominent sport gear designers, professionals, press members, textile and clothing experts, consultants, and industry leaders in the sports design field.

We are proud to have been recognized by such an esteemed panel of experts, which included Reinhard Pascher, Felipe Fiallo, Donte Cotton, Sean Williams, Alex Xu, Terez Havancsak, Sam Parkinson, Guillaume Salmon, Mike Sturge, Pascal D’Amico, Patrick Krassnitzer, David Filar, Julian Loretz, Hortense Carlier, Cheresse Thornhill-Goldson, Daniel Shirley, and Cesar Idrobo.

Our running blades are designed for everyday athletes and are made primarily of unidirectional fiberglass. In collaboration with some of the best composite engineers in the world, and with inspiration from the wind power industry, we have designed a blade that can take a punch while making long-lasting usage comfortable for the user.

The Levitate sole is made of direct-injected PU to create a soft and non-slippery contact with the ground. We have three sizes of blades available: 19 cm, 25 cm, and 35 cm. All can be adjusted with 0-14 cm with the height adjustability option in the installation kit, meaning that we can fit any lower limb amputee, no matter what.

We even offer the first-ever running-blade sole specifically designed for trekking and trail running. This means that no matter if you’re in the city streets or in the mountains, you can go for a run on a Levitate running blade.
