5,280 Meters on Levitate prosthetics — A Historic Ascent by Ukrainian Heroes

5,280 Meters on Levitate prosthetics — A Historic Ascent by Ukrainian Heroes

Ukrainian veterans Oleksandr Dashko (KRAKEN) and Ivan Tarn (“Artan”), both former members of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and both amputees, have successfully reached Everest Base Camp at an altitude of 5,280 meters!

This marks the first time Ukrainian amputees have completed this route. The expedition required navigating high-altitude terrain, extreme weather, and physical strain. Conditions that test even the most experienced climbers.

Oleksandr Dashko completed the climb using our Levitate Forever Foot, built for active use in demanding environments. We are proud that our equipment supported this achievement, contributing to safe and effective movement throughout the expedition.

Congratulations on this amazing achievement!
