Levitate Community Run in Ukraine: Reaching Beyond Rehabilitation
The first Levitate Community Run in Ukraine brought together Vlad, Roman, Chris, and Jacob — not for a race, but for something just as meaningful: building a strong, supportive community around movement and shared goals.
This run was part of their preparation for the upcoming Bukovel Trail Run, which will include challenging terrain and elevation. That’s why they mixed running with walking, not to take it easy, but to train smart and stay realistic about the course ahead.
For Roman, this was a personal milestone. His usual distance had been 2–3 kilometers, but with encouragement from Vlad, who’s been through it all and is always ready to help — he aimed higher. The goal was five kilometers. They ended up doing six.
Moments like this show why community matters. Having people around you who understand the process, who are willing to share their experience, and who simply show up, it makes all the difference. It’s not about pushing each other to the limit. It’s about moving forward together.
At Levitate, we believe this is where real progress happens: when support, experience, and motivation come together.
